Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.  
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the item

We do not offer refunds for digital/downloadable products or items marked as final sale.
